    CEO & Founder

    Jonathan Johnson is the CEO and founder of FORM furniture, leading Form’s creative vision, development, and growth.

    Throughout his tenure in the architecture, design, manufacturing and contract furniture industry, he has designed and overseen multi-million dollar architecture and interior design projects, achieved unprecedented sales growth as a contract furniture manufacturer’s representative, cultivated expansive team success leading A&D vertical sales teams across the US, and developed more efficient and innovative interior design and construction solutions  within the architectural prefab manufacturing industry.  These experiences  have encompassed every aspect of our industry and are the foundation for Form’s market and product approach.

    Jonathan believes in the power of design to shape the human experience, and his core values — authenticity, clear communication, collaboration, and a strong work ethic - drive every decision he makes in life and business.

  • Jamie L. Carnes

    VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    As the Vice President of Operations at FORM furniture, Jamie Carnes is responsible for creating a culture – both internally and externally – of transparency and collaboration, while supporting the growth and vision of FORM. Jamie brings with her over 15 years of experience within the commercial furniture industry. Her tenure includes time spent at Humanscale Corporation as well as Zgo Technologies where she played an integral role with their sales, sales support, customer service, project management, and training teams. Jamie is passionate about developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes that create seamless experiences across all facets of the business - from our vendors and suppliers to our sales reps and dealer partners through to our end users. She believes that every interaction should be thoughtful, necessary, easy, and memorable (in a good way!).  Her strong understanding of the industry and products as well as her ability to work cross-functionally has undoubtedly contributed to her success and will complement and reinforce FORM’s commitment to making furniture simple.

  • Tina Brennan

    VP OF BRANDING & EVENTS

    Tina is currently the Vice President of Marketing for METROPOLIS and Events for INTERIOR DESIGN and METROPOLIS, which is part of SANDOW Design Group. She spent over three years at the helm of Humanscale’s marketing team and has worked with some of the most prestigious media brands including the before mentioned and Architectural Digest. She is a passionate advocate for creating connections and challenging the status quo, especially when it comes to sustainability and environmental ethics in the interior design community.

  • Anna Ruth Gatlin, PHD

    DESIGNER & EDUCATOR

    Anna Ruth currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Interior Design at Auburn University. She also has extensive experience working in design, project management, teaching both studio and lecture courses, and conducting design and scholarly research. She also brings years of facility design experience with the university, managing dozens of projects at a time of all sizes and scopes.

  • Jesse Hill

    PRINCIPAL & PRODUCT DESIGNER

    Jesse Hill owns and runs Hill Studio, a design studio in Baltimore, MD. Hill partners with brands to conceptualize product solutions based on the users and business’s needs, he focuses around manufacturing within cost, material exploration, particular use cases, while retaining design intent. In his experience as a designer he has worked with small agencies, fortune 500 product companies, as well as some of the most prestigious brands in furniture including Herman Miller.

  • Dawn Pappas

    SR. FURNITURE SPECIALIST & DESIGNER

    Dawn Pappas is a Senior Furniture Specialist with a design background who possesses 27 years of collaborative workplace and ancillary industry expertise with a richly developed curated perspective. She has extensive experience specifying furniture across a variety of project types and scopes, becoming immersed into projects acting as furniture liaison between the client, dealers, and internal project teams. She has honed her expertise over the years working with some of the largest and most prestigious firms in the world, including Perkins and Will, MMoser, Ted Moudis, and Gensler, and on projects upwards of 1.5 million square feet. Dawn is currently employed at TPG Architecture and resides in Throgs Neck.
